Vision
The Faculty of Nursing and Health Science will be recognised for its leadership as a quality provider for education in Nursing and Health Science within national, regional and international contexts.

Mission
The Faculty of Nursing and Health Science will achieve this recognition by: Producing competent, consumer focused and confident graduates through education and research endeavours; Providing a learning environment that is student focused, values exemplary teaching and which is supportive and culturally appropriate; Its commitment to education that is evidence based and which is commensurate with contemporary practice within nursing and health science disciplines; Collaboration and partnerships with relevant professionals, health providers, government and non-govermental organisations and other educational providers.
